DELIVERY
The average delivery period is 5 to 7 days, after confirmation of payment.

DHL will make the delivery at the shipping address you indicated. If no one is home, a note will be left for you to contact and schedule a new delivery date.

RETURNS
You have a period of 8 working days from the date of receipt of the order to make the return/exchange.

It is necessary to have the ticket in order to make a  return/exchange.
