The dada collected on this site is used to manage orders and communicate with clients, including direct marketing campaigns.

Metro Kids guarantees the confidentiality of the data shared by the clients. Metro Kids collects and stores data in a secure way to prevent access and manipulation by third parties. Clients should notice that data transmission through the internet is never totally secure. The data transmission is entirely the client’s responsibility.

The client has the right to access, correct, cancel and oppose the data communication. This can be done via email: informacao@metrokidscompany.com

The client authorizes Metro Kids to send information regarding products and services that can be of its interest, using their personal data for direct marketing through any communication channel, namely e-mails, SMS, MMS or other automatic calls.

Metro Kids will not sell nor share its client’s database with third parties.
